Historic Fredericksburg Region, AACA, Collector Car Corral & Swap Meet (HFRAACA)

he HFRAACA Swap Meet is strictly for Auto, Transportation, Steam & Gasoline Power Plant, Antique Tools, and Farm Equipment, parts, accessories and certain automotive related items may be sold.
1. Period correct original and reproduction clothing is allowed.
2. At least 75% of items provided by vendors must be period correct and related to auto, transportation, steam & gas, or antique tools.
3. Furniture, modern crafts, modern jewelry or house wares are not permitted.
4. HFRAACA reserves the right to expel, after suitable warning, any persons including vendors who conduct themselves in a way that would reflect unfavorably upon the HFRAACA.
5. Alcoholic beverage consumption on the premises is prohibited.
6. For the safety of our visitors and members, no motorbikes, scooters, mini-bikes, motorcycles, 2 or 3-wheel bicycles, or private, motorized carts are allowed to operate on meet grounds, except registered show vehicles, ADA scooters or carts and official vehicles. During the hours of 10 AM to 3PM.
7. Failure to abide by any regulation will result in immediate expulsion and possible withdrawal of future flea market privileges and AACA membership.
8. The decision of the swap meet chairmen, appointed flea market official, or any HFRAACA Meet Official shall be final on all matters.
9. No refunds of space leasing price will be made in the event of expulsion.
10. Any expenses involved in removing equipment or merchandise from the flea market area must be borne by the person or persons being expelled!
11. All Tents and Canopies shall be secured and/or staked down
Vendor and Car Corral Hours
1. Saturday, June 6 2025: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Space Size & Rates
1. 12’ x 30’ @ $25.00 /space.
2. All multiple spaces rented by a single vendor will be side-by-side. (Example 2 sp. = 24’ x 30’ unless otherwise specified).
3. Set-up will begin at 6:30 AM Saturday. All vendors most be cleared out NLT 5:00PM.
4. There will be no over- night camping at the Fairgrounds Collector Car Corral
